Ingredients:
• Cauliflower & Carrot: 1 Cup each
• Cabbage & Beans: 1 Cup each
• Green Chili: 1 Chopped
• Ginger & Garlic: 1 teaspoon chopped
• Onion: 1 chopped
• Spring Onion: 1 Chopped
• Maida / AP Flour: 2 Spoon
• Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
• Sugar: 1/2 Teaspoon
• Corn Flour: 2 Teaspoon
• Balsamic Vinegar & Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
• Salt: as Per taste
• Oil: For Deep Fry
Process:
1. Mix the Ingredients (Cauliflower, Cabbage, Beans, Carrot, Black pepper, Maida, Corn Flour and Salt).
2. Mix all of them well and make Manchurian Balls. If its Very Watery Adjust by adding Maida.
3. Keep Manchurian balls in the Freezer for 15 minutes.
4. Heat the Oil. Take Out the Balls and Deep Fry on low Fire Until Its Goes Golden Brown.
5. Then make The Sauce
6. Heat the pan Add 2 Spoon oil.
7. Add Chopped Green Chili, Ginger Garlic and Onion.
8. Sauté them about Minutes no need to brown them
9. Then Add ½ Cup of Water.
10. Add ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper.
11. Add ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce.
12. Make a Mixture of Corn Flour and Water at Liquid Consistency and Add Then to the Gravy.
13. You Can Adjust with Little More Water If Required.
14. Add 1 Teaspoon balsamic Vinegar.
15. Add ½ Teaspoon Sugar.
16. Add Pinch of salt and Sprinkle with Some Spring onions.
17. Then Add vegetable Manchurian Balls.
18. Cook them for about 2 More minutes.
19. Switch off the Fire and plate in Serving Bowl.
20. Sprinkle Some Spring Onion as a Garnish.
21. Serve with love.

1. First Boil the Penne Pasta in Water. Don’t Forget to Add some Oil so that It Doesn’t Stick Together.
2. Take A Pan and Add 2 Spoon Butter. Then Add 2 Spoon all Purpose Flour/Maida.
3. Mix well so that it doesn’t Form Lumps.
4. Start Adding Milk Slowly Slowly. Don’t Add All Together.
5. Once Your White Sauce is Done Keep It Aside.
6. Take a Pan and Add some oil. Start cooking Vegetables. Once Vegetables Almost Half Cooked then Add the Red Pasta Sauce and White Sauce Equal Quantity.
7. Then Add pasta and Keep Mixing.
8. After few Minutes when The Both Sauce is Mixed it would Form a Yellow Pink Sause Pasta.

Recipe:
Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 250 GramsMaida (All Purpose Flour): 100
Sugar: 500 Grams
Food Color: Yellow/ Orange (optional)
Oil : For Deep Frying
Piping bag/Poly bag/ Cloth required.
Process:
1. Make Sugar syrup my adding Sugar and water equal quantity.2. While Sugar Syrup is getting Ready prepare the Paste of Paneer and all purpose Flour.
3.Once Syrup is done Switch Off the fire and keep aside.
4. Make the Paneer paste in blender by Adding Paneer, Maida and Little bit of water.
5. Fill up the Paste in the Piping Bag(Poly Bag or Cloth as well).
6. Heat the oil and Give shape to Jalebi as you wish,
6. Keep Turning Jalebi up side down once One side is cooked.
7. Once the Jalebi is brown from Both Side take out and Dip into Sugar syrup for 2 Mins.
8. Take Out and Plate.
