Recipe:

Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 250 Grams
Maida (All Purpose Flour): 100
Sugar: 500 Grams
Food Color: Yellow/ Orange (optional)
Oil : For Deep Frying
Piping bag/Poly bag/ Cloth required.

Process:

1. Make Sugar syrup my adding Sugar and water equal quantity.
2. While Sugar Syrup is getting Ready prepare the Paste of Paneer and all purpose Flour.
3.Once Syrup is done Switch Off the fire and keep aside.
4. Make the Paneer paste in blender by Adding Paneer, Maida and Little bit of water.
5. Fill up the Paste in the Piping Bag(Poly Bag or Cloth as well).
6. Heat the oil and Give shape to Jalebi as you wish,
6. Keep Turning Jalebi up side down once One side is cooked.
7. Once the Jalebi is brown from Both Side take out and Dip into Sugar syrup for 2 Mins.
8. Take Out and Plate.
