How to Make Vegetable Manchurian at Home | Restaurant Style Veg Manchurian Recipe by LetsCookNow

Today we will Learn How you can Make Restaurant Style Gobi Manchurian at Home. It is also Called as Vegetable Manchurian or Veg Manchurian Recipe. Which is One of the most common Chinese Dish Popular among Various parts of India.
So Lets Cook Now





Ingredients:
• Cauliflower & Carrot: 1 Cup each
• Cabbage & Beans: 1 Cup each
• Green Chili: 1 Chopped
• Ginger & Garlic: 1 teaspoon chopped
• Onion: 1 chopped
• Spring Onion: 1 Chopped
• Maida / AP Flour: 2 Spoon
• Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
• Sugar: 1/2 Teaspoon
• Corn Flour: 2 Teaspoon
• Balsamic Vinegar & Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
• Salt: as Per taste
• Oil: For Deep Fry
Process:
1. Mix the Ingredients (Cauliflower, Cabbage, Beans, Carrot, Black pepper, Maida, Corn Flour and Salt).
2. Mix all of them well and make Manchurian Balls. If its Very Watery Adjust by adding Maida.
3. Keep Manchurian balls in the Freezer for 15 minutes.
4. Heat the Oil. Take Out the Balls and Deep Fry on low Fire Until Its Goes Golden Brown.
5. Then make The Sauce
6. Heat the pan Add 2 Spoon oil.
7. Add Chopped Green Chili, Ginger Garlic and Onion.
8. Sauté them about Minutes no need to brown them
9. Then Add ½ Cup of Water.
10. Add ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper.
11. Add ½ teaspoon Soy Sauce.
12. Make a Mixture of Corn Flour and Water at Liquid Consistency and Add Then to the Gravy.
13. You Can Adjust with Little More Water If Required.
14. Add 1 Teaspoon balsamic Vinegar.
15. Add ½ Teaspoon Sugar.
16. Add Pinch of salt and Sprinkle with Some Spring onions.
17. Then Add vegetable Manchurian Balls.
18. Cook them for about 2 More minutes.
19. Switch off the Fire and plate in Serving Bowl.
20. Sprinkle Some Spring Onion as a Garnish.
21. Serve with love.
